Our employees are an important part of the company, so when you join us, you become a shareholder! In basic terms, you will recieve shares in the company twice a year, every year. The shares will have a lock-in period of three years but employees still revieve a bonus (dividend) payment on these shares twice yearly (as announced). After three years, the employees are paid the full share amount - It’s our way of saying thank you!

The Ministry of Health (MOH) aims to, “help make Admiral staff happier and healthier.” The MOH provides lots of useful advice to help you learn how to improve your health and fitness, including advice on stopping smoking, nutrition, exercise, mental health, stress and general well-being. We provide free gym passes and deliver free fresh fruit to your desk!
Ministry of Fun
The Ministry of Fun (MOF) operates throughout Admiral Solutions, we run weird and wonderful events for you to take part in. We celebrate everything! And we can turn any day into a special day with our MOF activities. Zumba dance sessions, fancy dress competitions, tug of war, cricket games, chess competitions, arm wrestling, treasure hunts… the list is endless! Take a look at our photo gallery to see more.
From the moment you start your career with Admiral Solutions, you will be provided with all the training and development you need to do a fantastic job. We believe a well trained team is happier and more motivated. Our commitment to development doesn’t end, regardless of how long you have been here there are always opportunities to learn and develop. We provide a range of courses which include - but are not limited to - detailed process training, employee specific training and skill enhancement training. We also have an online portal which has a huge variety of courses. This gives our employees the freedom to develop their skills when it’s convenient for them.
Admiral Solutions provides employee health cover to emlpoyees, spouse and up to two children from day 1 of joining. The plan also includes parents after clearing internal assessments. The insurance premiums are paid for in full by Admiral Solutions.
Admiral Solutions provide life insurance cover for all employees, this is 7 times the anual fixed salary. This provides our employees and their families with financial secuirity for the future.
Gratuity is paid to the employees who have rendered continuous service for at least five years. It is a lump sum amount paid to an employee based on the duration of his total service. Gratuity is an important form of social security and is in the form of a gratitude to the employees in monetary terms for the services rendered to the organisation.
UK Travel Opportunities
Over 25 people have travelled to UK since we began operations in 2012, 10 of these were in 2015. The Top 10 Awards and Admiral’s Got Talent competitions are the two primary events for which the top performers get to travel to UK.
Buy a book scheme
At admiral Solutions we want to support your learning, so we have the buy a book scheme. Our employees can order up to two books every month and our CEO, David, will pay for them!
Planning a trip to the hills, beach or visiting family? Admiral employees are encouraged to maintain a work life balance and take holidays.
Support for Ailing relative plan
Nurse or medical attendant facility can be availed by any employee for the sick family member on the recommendation of Doctor.
An employee can donate leaves to any peer who have exhausted their leave balance.
If you are concerned about the journey to and from work, you don’t need to worry. Admiral Solutions provide all employees with free air conditioned cabs with home pick up and home drop. *Condition apply.
Free Buffet meal is offered to all employee from Monday to Saturday and free snacks on Sunday because we have shorter shift.
