Avinash currently heads the Customer Services Delhi as ‘Operations Manager’ and has been instrumental in managing the overall functions of operations. A bachelor in computer science who is filled with energy and has been with Admiral for 10 years and holds a total of 17 years of experience. His supportive approach towards the employees shows his passion and effectiveness towards the business.
Amresh currently leads the Renewals and is managing operations as a Team Manager. A graduate in tourism he worked with customer services (CS) prior to moving into renewals. With 10 years of total experience and 6 years in Admiral he has been delivering with his expertise in operations management and recruitment in the operations.
Vineet a commerce graduate by education supports us in the Renewals as a Team Manager and is handling the operations. With 8 years of experience overall and 2 years in Admiral he has been supporting us with operations management skills and apart from that he has had good exposure to finance and recruitment in operations as well.
Manish is amongst the first Admiral India employees who has been with the system for last 9 years and holds a rich 20 years of experience. He has been instrumental in managing operations for a long time and adopted his new role of ‘Manager-People Services’ a couple of years ago. A graduate in arts, he has been managing the recruitment function of the system quite efficiently.
Anurag is an energetic and highly dedicated leader who heads the People Services. A master’s in business administration by education he holds an overall experience of 20 years and has been with Admiral for over 4 years. Over an illustrious career he has had exposure to operations management, Policy Formulation & Compliance, client relationship, Re-engineering & Project Management, P&L management, Learning & Development, Diversity and Inclusion(D&I), business transition, to name a few and in the current role as ‘Head People Services’ has been managing the overall function of PS. Anurag exemplifies workmanship with discipline, analytical mind and highly approachable attitude.
Shweta is the first few employees of Admiral Solution India office who works as the Country Head. With a total of 23 years of experience and 10 years in Admiral she has her expertise in Business Operations and People Management. She remains at the fulcrum of overall management. She holds a degree of MBA and manages the entire India office. As an energetic leader who keeps her dedication towards work as the driving force for the success of the organization, she always keeps a smile on her face and prefers to interact with nearly every member in the system which makes her a true leader of our team who believes in 7 principles of Henry mentioned below:
